Applications for Benefits and Salary Sacrifice

Your benefit selections may determine your annual benefit entitlement and fix your contractual salary for the year, subject to your employers’ approval. This is an HM Revenue & Customs requirement. In addition, your employer has the right to recover payments from you if your salary is insufficient to cover the benefits you have chosen in the Employee Benefits portal, for example, on leaving the company. At certain points, you may have the opportunity to redesign your benefits package (subject to your employers’ approval). You may however, be able to change your benefit selections during the year if you experience a Life Event. Please note that your benefit selections may impact your Income Tax and National Insurance position and/or your entitlement to certain State Benefits. 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to the variation to your terms and conditions of employment and hereby authorise your employer to reduce your salary accordingly by the value of any benefits that you select. You also agree that you comply with the rules and regulations (statutory or company) of any benefits which you have chosen to receive.

Content changes and accuracy of information

PES reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this website and portal or certain parts of this website or portal, including to any descriptions or prices of goods and services advertised, with or without notice to you. There may also be times when this website or portal or certain parts of this website or portal become unavailable. The third parties may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours. It is your responsibility to check and evaluate their privacy policy and terms and conditions.  In some cases, we may supply personal information to a third party service via an integration when you use a link for that benefit provider on our website for example, Cycle Solutions Limited, GymFlex Limited this allows you to make a benefit selection on the third party service and for this information to be returned to PES.

All disputes arising out of your access to this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
